Originally from Connecticut, Ryan moved to New York City to attend NYU and quickly fell in love with the energy and diversity of the city. His journey to real estate was shaped by a successful background in both the entertainment and publishing industries. For a decade, he toured nationally as the universal swing for Wicked on Broadway, performing with four different casts across the U.S. He also appeared in episodes of Saturday Night Live and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

After Broadway, Ryan transitioned into publishing, serving as an Account Manager for two major companies. There, he negotiated contracts across the U.S. and Canada, sharpening the negotiation skills he now brings to his real estate practice.

Ryan’s diverse career path revealed his true strengths: working with people, building relationships, and advocating with confidence. Whether it’s helping clients navigate the NYC market or simply making them feel heard, Ryan approaches every interaction with positivity, professionalism, and care.
