As the Scott Kogos Team continues to elevate, Katrina transitions into the role of team manager. In this new position, she will not only maintain her behind-the-scenes work, such as communicating with clients and other key stakeholders, but also take on greater responsibilities in overseeing the team’s daily operations.
Katrina will supervise and mentor team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. She will work closely with the team coordinator to streamline processes, foster collaboration, and drive the team toward its goals. Her leadership will be instrumental in guiding the team through this period of growth, ensuring that all members are aligned with the team's objectives and contributing to its overall success.
Outside of work, Katrina's interests include exploring culture and history. During her leisure time, she enjoys reading books, savoring pasta, and appreciating the scenic beauty of mountain views.
